How do I download the BELLA Health app?

To access the BELLA Health app, use the download link and instructions provided by your organization.

What email should I use to sign up?

Please use your personal email address to sign up (not your company email 😉 )

Do I have to use an app or is there an alternative method?

BELLA Health is only supported as a mobile app. The app only works with Apple iOS version 13 (or higher) and Android Nougat 7.0 (API level 24) devices.

I'm having trouble with my email verification
  • Double-check your email address. If you made a mistake, tap the back arrow to re-enter your email address.
  • If your email address is entered correctly, tap “Resend” to send another verification email.
  • Once you hit “resend,” wait 5 minutes and search your inbox for an email from BELLA Health (noreply@bellaloves.me) (Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder)
  • Each time you hit “resend,” the verification code resets, so be sure you use the most recent email.
  • If you’re still having trouble, try another email address.

I can’t download or install the BELLA Health app
  • Check your OS version for compatibility:
  • Apple iOS version 13 or higher
  • Android Nougat 7.0 (API level 24)
  • For iOS, navigate to Settings > General > Device Management. Tap the enterprise developer to confirm the app is trusted.
  • For Android, navigate to Settings, and select the web browser you are using to download. Scroll down and tap “Install unknown apps” to confirm that installations are allowed from that source.
I can’t open the app or log in after downloading the app
  • For iOS, you may see an “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” notification which is OK.  Please navigate to Settings > General > Device Management. Tap the enterprise developer organization to confirm the app is trusted.
  • For Android, you may see the notification “your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source.”  Please navigate to Settings, and select the web browser you are using to download. Scroll down and tap “Install unknown apps” to confirm that installations are allowed from that source.
  • If the above does not work, uninstall the app from your device, then download the app again. Go to Settings and clear your app storage and cache.
Can I download this to multiple mobile devices?

Yes, you can download the BELLA Health app to multiple devices. Make sure you use the same email address to log in so your account syncs!

Do I need to be on my company VPN?

You don’t need to sign in to VPN or authenticate with any company systems to use the BELLA Health app.
